For ERP consultancies and software vendors
Add specialist engineering to a defined delivery workstream.
Bring Aurosten into the GP, Business Central or integration work that needs deeper technical attention. Agree how the work fits your customer engagement, delivery team and acceptance process.
Integration reliability review
Start with one missing, duplicated or failing transaction flow.
Agree a review of one GP or Business Central integration. The output is a transaction map, evidence-backed findings, prioritized recommendations and acceptance checks for the next workstream. Fees, timing and access are agreed before the review begins.

Keep the business outcome and delivery ownership clear.
You may need help with a difficult customization, an inherited integration, a migration dependency or a blocked technical workstream. Start with the specific system and problem rather than a generic staffing request.
- A GP customization or connector needs investigation before an upgrade or transition.
- A Business Central process gap needs configuration review or focused AL extension work.
- A transaction flow needs reliable validation, retry and reconciliation controls.
- Your implementation team needs a bounded technical review, remediation or handover.
Specialist workstreams
Choose the capability your engagement needs.
Dynamics GP development and support
Dexterity customization, eConnect and .NET integrations, SQL troubleshooting, upgrades and support for inherited GP environments.
Review Dynamics GP engineeringBusiness Central engineering
AL extensions, difficult process gaps, integration work, data migration and technical diagnosis within a defined implementation or recovery workstream.
Review Business Central servicesIntegration and application work
ERP-connected APIs, .NET and SQL applications, transaction reconciliation and maintainable exception handling across agreed system boundaries.
Review integration engineeringDelivery model
Agree the boundaries before the work begins.
Your customer relationship, functional ownership and specialist engineering responsibilities need an explicit working agreement. Choose direct collaboration or a partner-led arrangement to suit the engagement.
Qualify the workstream
Describe the system, business problem, available evidence and the specialist capability you need. Begin with a technical conversation using sanitized material.
Agree responsibilities
Define scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, schedule and the interface with your delivery team. Agree customer communication, confidentiality and intellectual-property terms before access or development.
Work in controlled increments
Arrange least-privilege access and suitable non-production environments. Make changes traceable, review them with the agreed owners and test normal and exception paths.
Validate and hand over
Review results against acceptance criteria. Include source and release notes, relevant test evidence, dependencies and operating guidance in the agreed handover.
International remote delivery
Plan collaboration around the people, systems and decision points.
Aurosten is based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Discuss your delivery location and time zone at qualification so working-hour overlap, review cadence and escalation contacts can be agreed for the actual scope.
Before arranging access, confirm customer authorization, data handling, confidentiality, procurement requirements and the environments available for testing. Your responsible local advisers and implementation team retain ownership of jurisdiction-specific tax, regulatory and localization decisions.
Discuss the language needed for workshops, documentation and customer communication before committing to an engagement. Delivery terms, commercial currency and timing are agreed for each project.
A useful starting point
Scope an assessment or one engineering increment.
Send a brief description of the affected platform, current issue, your team's responsibilities and the intended result. We can discuss an assessment with findings and a next-step scope, or a defined development workstream with review and handover criteria. Avoid sending credentials or sensitive customer data in an initial inquiry.

Email PDFs to Business Central sales orders
Developed a workflow that uses Azure Document Intelligence to process PDF email attachments and create actual sales orders in Business Central. Different PDF layouts and item numbers that did not exactly match were key engineering challenges.
The implemented workflow connects document processing with ERP order creation.
Legacy system data to Dynamics GP through OneDrive
Developed a .NET utility running on a legacy system outside the ERP network and on a different domain. It uploads data to OneDrive at scheduled intervals for integration with Dynamics GP orders and updates involving items, pricing and quantities.
The utility provides periodic data transfer across that network boundary.
